(the Black Emperor).

Zhōng Bù Jiŭ Gōng Bái Dì Yù Wén Shēng Zhí Sù Líng Zhī
The Central Nine Palaces are the God of Autumn's (Bai Di- the White Emperor) abode.
With its writings raised up in one's grasp is the Elemental Power (Su Ling) of the

Fú Wéi Zhào Shēng Huà Tāi Gēn Shǐ Duàn Fán Yīn Liú Zhuàn Tíng Guān
Xié Zhèng Sù Fēn
Charm (Fu) with its omen.
Initial Life-Transformation Fetal-Root (Sheng Hua Tai Gen) is used.
Breaking away from the mortal world,
the result is to wander about shutting out badness.
During the first month of the lunar year there can be a rapid fractioning of

Hùi Gòu Qīng Dàng Rì Xiá Yíng Xíng Tài Sù Shēng Wŭ Zàng Qī Yún Rù Ní Wán
Shēn Dé Shén Xiān Zhū
the Dirty and Abominable (Hui Gou),
which can be cleared away by rinsing daily.
By day there are the red-tinged clouds, lustrous and transparent,
with the shape of the Great Element (Tai Su),
give life to the Five Viscera (Wu Zang- Heart, Liver, Lungs, Spleen, and Kidneys).
The Seven Clouds (Qi Yun) enter the Mud Ball that is the Brain (Ni Wan),
and the body gains the status of achieving Celestial-Being Fairyhood (Shen Xian),
all brought into effect by

Tiān Shū Míng Huáng Lù Bái Jiǎn Xiāo Sǐ Shàng Shēng Shí Yuè Zhǎng Zhāi
Sòng Yŏng Shì Jīng Xià Bù Jiŭ Gōng Hēi Dì
the Heavenly Book (Tian Shu) titled the 'Yellow-River Map' (Huang Lu)
with the White Writings (Bai Jian) to pare away death,
and leave the Upper Life (Shang Sheng).
The whole of the tenth lunar month [is to be used in] fasting and reciting these Scriptures,
for in the lower part of the body are
the Nine Palaces of the God of Winter (the Black Emperor).
